Definitions used

 

  1. Cookies or cookie files - small files that are downloaded and stored on the computer or other device of the User, related to the information on the use of the website.

  2. User - a person who voluntarily uses the services and content available on the Website and the Shop, i.e., browses the Website and the Shop, places an order in the Shop, registers, saves a free newsletter or contacts the owner of the Shop via contact form,

  3. Shop – an online shop available at www.forever-limited.com, through which the Buyer may purchase certain Goods and Products.

  4. Website - a website available at www.forever-limited.com, with the use of which the Buyer may view the content of blog posts, sign up for the newsletter or contact the Personal Data Controller.

  5. Personal Data Controller and the Seller – the entity deciding on the purposes and means of data processing. The Seller, i.e., Forever Entertainment S.A., al. Zwycięstwa 96/98, 81-450 Gdynia, e-mail: biuro@forever-entertainment.com

  6. Personal data - any information that, without excessive time and cost, may lead to the identification of a natural person, including its identification, address and contact details.

 

§2
General provisions

 

  1. The Website and the Shop use cookies to provide services and functions adjusted to the preferences and needs of the Shop Users, in particular cookie files which enable the User to recognize the User’s device and display the website properly, adapted to their individual needs.

  2. Cookies may be temporary, i.e., deleted at the moment of closing the browser, or permanent.

  3. Permanent cookies are also stored after closing the Website and the Shop and are used to store information such as password or login, which accelerates and facilitates the use of websites, as well as makes it possible to remember the settings chosen by the User.

Purpose of cookie flies

 

  1. The Shop uses cookies for the following purposes:
    1. adjusting the content of pages of the Website and the Shop to individual preferences of the User and optimising the use of websites (display suited to needs),

    2. performing analyses and statistics, which will provide information on how the Website User and the Shop use the pages, which makes it possible to improve their structure and content,

    3. maintaining the User's session (after logging in), thanks to which the User does not have to re-enter its login and password on each subpage.

  1. The data contained in cookies will be archived and used for statistical analysis and assessment of the global movement of users of the Website and the Shop.

  2. In order to analyse the traffic on the Website and the Shop, the sources of traffic and the optimisation of marketing activities we have installed on the website:

      1. Facebook pixel, which allows to collect information on the User’s use of the Website and to direct dedicated ads to this social media,

      2. Google Analytics, which allows to analyse the User's movement on the Website and its subpages

  4. The User may change the settings of cookies in the settings of the web browser (option “help”) at any time, used to view the Websites and the Shop.

  5. Cookie settings may be changed in such a way as to block the automatic cookie files in the settings of the web browser or to inform about each time they are stored in the User's device.

  1. The Service and the Shop reserves the right to change this cookie policy when required by technical solutions or changes in the provisions of law regarding the privacy of the Users.

  2. In the event of changing the current cookie policy, appropriate modifications will be made to the above-mentioned entry, which shall apply from the day of their publication on the Website and the Shop.
